I wanted to share some good articles about the ongoing change in the remodeling industry. I have blogged recently about the rising interest in Client Relationship Management as well as measuring and monitoring client satisfaction and while this seems very “101” the majority of remodeling companies don’t have adequate processes and systems to allow them to do it.
Today’s economic upheaval opens the door for remodeling companies that recognize the opportunity. At Case, we have been through several of these changes and have been able to grow market share during tough times. Our Franchisees are finding great quality talent is available to hire, many of whom were small remodeling business owners themselves and were forced to shut down their business, leaving a client base without a provider.
Tough times exposes business weaknesses and creates opportunities. The articles below provide some good insights on the subject. If you like these types of articles or if you have any topics of interest please feel free to email me at
simhof@casedesign.com and I will add them to my list.
Thanks to all of you who have been coming to the blog and for your feedback! Our Linked-In group is also a good resource to stay in touch with Case. There is a link on the main page.
