Remodeling business success…..how do you measure it?...there are many ways that success is measured but in remodeling, to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage and gain market share we must focus on the client experience. Case franchisees are full service remodelers, which means simply that they offer a complete menu of services to their clients. This approach maiximizes the amount of touches that Case businesses have with their clients and adds equity to the valuation of the business as they client base grows. But how do we know what the clients really think?
 
While many remodeling companies survey their clients as part of their routine, Case uses a third party company, Guild Quality to survey clients all over the Country. Guild Quality has developed a very successful program for suveying remodeling clients and has been able to glean information from clients that internal surveys could not. Our mantra at Case is to create Clients for Life and as a result we can leave no stone unturned in the quest to measure the client experience.
