Bethesda, MD - July 7th, 2009 As part of the growth strategy for Case Handyman and Remodeling, a leading national full-service residential remodeling organization, Jim Kabel, owner of the Case in San Jose and Brad Little owner of Case in Charlotte, NC have been named as area representatives representing the West and East Regions respectively. “Both Jim and Brad have exemplified what it means to be a top performing franchisee in every aspect, so who better to help find and train more franchisees like them,” comments Sam Imhof, Franchise Director for Case Handyman and Remodeling Services, LLC.

The Case franchise system, which was launched in 1998, currently has more than 120 territories nationwide and has plans to continue its expansion. “We felt that now was the perfect time in the evolution of our system to designate area representatives to help us grow our brand,” said Imhof. “They have hands-on experience being franchisees in our system and can share their knowledge and skills with others to help them grow and succeed”. “And they know exactly what qualifications it takes to be a good franchisee”. The responsibilities of an area representative include: being a proactive recruiter of qualified franchisee candidates, assisting with many aspects of the start-up process, providing localized training and on-going joint regional business planning, and acting as a mentor to the new franchisee.

“Being a Case franchisee for the last four and a half years has allowed me the opportunity to provide much needed professional and reliable home improvement services in my area. I welcome the chance to help find the right individuals to allow us to expand these services to a larger geographic area and grow our franchise system,” says Jim Kabel, owner of Case in San Jose, CA. “Having left the corporate world to launch my own business was a big move, and one that has certainly proved to be rewarding in so many ways,” says Brad Little, owner of Case in Charlotte, NC. “This is what makes me so passionate about helping others experience this as well.”
